At NAVEE, we are committed to providing our authorized dealers and distributors with reliable, transparent, and efficient logistics support. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping coverage, warehouse locations, order processing timelines, and responsibilities related to delivery and pickup.
1. Shipping Coverage
United States:
We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
Canada:
We provide free shipping across Canada.
2. Warehouse Locations
- U.S. Orders: California and Texas
- Canada Orders: Ontario
3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- In-Stock Products: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-Order Items: Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed on the product page.
If your order has not shipped within the expected time frame, please contact our support team at partners@navee.tech.
4. Tracking Your Order
If you do not receive tracking information within 24–48 hours after dispatch, or need further assistance, please reach out to us at partners@navee.tech with your order number.
5. Shipping Damage & Claims
If your item arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
To report an issue, contact our support team at service_us@navee.tech with photos and your order details.
6. Dealer Pick-Up
Upon request, the Dealer may arrange pickup of goods from NAVEE’s designated warehouse. In such cases, the Dealer assumes all transportation costs, export handling, customs clearance, insurance, and associated risks from the point of collection.
